National Conference (report) April 2010

On April 22nd to 25th Spruce Grove Global Connections Church held its annual Global Connections Canada conference. Neil and Nance Miers were our main guest speakers for this event. Neil spoke powerful faith filled messages encouraging us to see our lives from God’s perspective. He spoke and ministered at all night meetings and during day meetings along with his wife Nance Miers. Nance spoke passionately on restoration and spent a lot of time counselling with conference delegates and church leaders, releasing them through the Holy Ghost into freedom. They make a powerful team!

During the event we experienced a powerful presence of the Holy Spirit touching hearts and lives as Pastor Neil preached! Altar calls were full of people hungry for a touch from God. We witnessed a large number of evident healings (many who were healed had not experienced the power of God like this before). It was encouraging for us as pastors to see many of our new young believers amazed as the pain in their bodies was instantly removed. Many had large smiles across their faces as they declared, “the pain is gone!”
